Manna House
Our partner in ministry
“For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat,
I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink…”
Matthew 25:35
We support the Manna House and their mission in assistance to the homeless, poor, and needy of Baltimore with services contributing toward their independence and stability.
This feeding and advocacy program provides a daily meal to an average of 165 persons. After the morning meal, a variety of services is offered during the day. Counselors, advocates and case managers talk with the clients, identify their needs and offer help. Showers are available. The staff passes out hygiene items, underwear and clothing. Clients can make business phone calls, get help with ID and receive guidance in filling out forms. Clients may also receive referrals for food, shelter, detoxification programs and/or mental health services.
Funds are needed for ongoing operational expenses
of this vital ministry in our community.
